Fit comes before a winner
We compare products for a specific situation and audience. A guide should explain who an item helps, who should skip it, what it costs, what tradeoffs matter, and what alternatives exist. We do not label something “best” merely because it is popular or pays a commission.
Testing language has to be literal
We use “tested,” “tried,” or “used” only when an identified reviewer genuinely used the product in a documented way. A merchant description, demonstration video, or customer review is not our test. When we have not tested an item, we say that and rely on clearly identified primary sources.
Claims need evidence
Dimensions, materials, compatibility, safety warnings, warranties, and performance specifications should come from current primary documentation whenever possible. Health and treatment claims are outside this site’s purpose. Prices and availability are checked near publication and can still change.
Money is disclosed before the click
If a link can earn a commission, the page will disclose that relationship in plain language before or beside the relevant links. A merchant cannot buy a favorable verdict. Sponsored placements, free samples, gifts, and other material relationships require separate disclosure.
Corrections stay visible
Material errors should be corrected promptly. The page review date changes only when someone actually reviews the recommendation, sources, links, and disclosure—not because an automated process touched the file.
Current launch state
This release contains no live affiliate links, product rankings, tracking scripts, analytics, or active email collection. Those features remain gated until the relevant accounts, policies, sources, and approvals exist.
